Start by finding a quiet and comfortable place in your home, where you can perform your meditation.

It does not have to be large or small, or painted in different colors, it just has to be comfortable and quiet, so that nobody will disturb you during the practice. Now after you found the right place, the position of your body is one of the most important criteria in meditation. It will take a little bit of practice, but I am sure that after some sessions you will be able to easily get into a state of meditation.

Once you enter that state, it is all fun and easy. Imagine everything you want and feel your thoughts and emotions expending to the entire world.
