Is the Practice of Meditation Really Way Too Difficult or Challenging to Consider

Yet for far too many people beginning or maintaining a practice of meditation seems to be way too difficult or challenging to maintain or consider.

However, one of the most interesting things about the practice of meditation, is that it is truly a self-guided experience which means that your practice of meditation can start with you simply sitting and doing nothing for 2 or 3 minutes a day if that is your edge in regards to sitting and doing nothing in this moment.

In fact, right now in this moment I want you to take 7 deep breaths in and out and simply allow yourself to experience that stillness and peace that comes from simply breathing in and out, consciously; after you finish with those 7 deep breaths in and out you will have already begun your practice of meditation whether you realized it or not.
